The House Rosé champagne is a  Rosé d’assemblage, blended by with red wine. The base wine is from our Brut Sélection. The red wine is a Pinot Noir, coming from parcels selected with  care among the ones showing a high maturity.

After fermentation as a still red wine, the red wine is kept in French oak barrels to express fully with the wood connection. It is used at 10% in our blend to bring our Rosé this unique color.

The grapes in this wine is 55% Chardonnay, 20% PinotNoir and 25% de Meunier.

Tasting: a Rose deeply intense, red fruit aromas(cherry, blackcurrant, raspberry) and fruit of the forest revealed its generosity and greediness on the palate.

Wine/dish match: duck breast with cherries, plum crumble.

Our Rosé is currently produced from a 2015 harvest base.  The champagne was aged during 24 months on lees after bottling and 6 months minimum after disgorgement.
