The nose is layered with black cherry, blueberries and cassis with touches of coco and wood spices. The palate is layered and textured with structured tannins in the mid palate and through the finish. Aging in 25% new French oak barrels adds structure and complexity to the fruit, resulting in a supple, food-friendly wine.
